Giveback

Giving Back: Building the Legacy of the West

At New Frontier Construction, giving back isn’t just a checkbox or a line item—it’s a way of life. It’s part of the code we live by, a continuation of the Western values that built this region and define our identity today. We believe in working hard, building and maintaining relationships, respecting the land, and building a legacy that lasts. These are principles that shape the way we do business, live our lives, and support our community.

The Western Way of Life

The Western way of life is rooted in integrity, resilience, and connection—to the land, to your word, and to one another. It’s about showing up before the sun, pulling your weight, and lending a hand without being asked. It’s about knowing your neighbors, being proud of your work, and living with a deep respect for tradition while still forging ahead into the future.

New Frontier Construction was born out of these values. Our founder, our team, and our partners come from ranching families, rodeo athletes, farming roots, tradesmen and generations of people who’ve worked hard and lived honestly. We know what it means to earn trust, and we don’t take that lightly. That’s why we’ve made it part of our mission to give back to the people and causes that reflect the Western character we stand for.

Investing in the People Who Made Us

The land we build on is more than just dirt and rock—it’s the backbone of our community, our heritage, and our future. We look to sponsor / partner with  rodeo clubs and athletes, local 4-H clubs, FFA chapters, and rural cooperatives that teach young people the value of hard work, self-reliance, and care for the land and animal stewardship.

When we build, we build with respect—for the environment, for our neighbors, and for the character of the communities we’re part of. But more than that, we reinvest our time, energy, and resources into the very places that raised us – agriculture and the western heritage.

Youth, Education, and Trades

There’s no future without the next generation. At New Frontier, we believe that strong communities are built on the backs of strong kids—young men and women who are given the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to lead. We put our money where our mouth is by supporting vocational schools, high school shop classes, rodeo programs, welding competitions, and local scholarships that encourage kids to pursue careers in the trades, agriculture, and building sciences.

We believe the trades should be honored—not treated like a fallback, but like the proud, skilled professions they are. By helping students discover the dignity and value in working with their hands, we’re not just training future builders—we’re preserving the fabric of the West.

Local Partnerships and Community Impact

Giving back also means showing up—physically, financially, and emotionally—for the people who make our towns and counties feel like home. Whether it’s donating materials to rebuild a barn after a storm, volunteering at a community build day, or sponsoring a local rodeo, New Frontier Construction is committed to being an active part of the communities we serve.

We regularly contribute to local fire departments, youth centers, food banks, and rural clinics because we know these are the lifelines of small towns. We don’t just send a check—we show up, get dirty, and pitch in. It’s what neighbors do.

Faith, Family, and Foundations

Our company stands on the foundation of faith, family, and a belief in something bigger than ourselves. We support local youth rodeo events, church groups and county fairs. We believe the strength of the West has always come from strong families and tight-knit communities.

Building More Than Buildings

When we take on a project at New Frontier, we’re not just installing fences and raising walls—we’re building legacies. We know that every structure we create becomes part of the community’s story. That’s why we work with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to craftsmanship that honors the Western way.

To us, construction is a way to serve God, to lift others up, and to leave things better than we found them.

Giving back  is a responsibility and a privilege. We’re proud of where we come from, and we’re committed to shaping the future of the West with grit, grace, and gratitude. Together, let’s keep building something that matters.

“It’s better to give than to receive.”
